Kush

This deck is a 10-ply Maple drop deck with a 10° wedge in the nose and a 12° dewedge in the tail. The Kush measures 36.75 inches (93.3 cm) in overall length with a 30 inch (76.2 cm) wheelbase, and has a tapered width from 9.75 inches (24.7 cm) in the front foot pocket and 9.15 inches (23.2 cm) at the rear pocket. The standing platform is 25 inches (63.5 cm) long and has a 1.4 inch (3.6 cm) drop.

The Kush features the return of our Plateau W-concave which was previously featured on the Pike and the TKO. The concave is .45 inches (11.4 mm) deep in the front and intensifies to .56 inches (14.2 mm) deep in the rear—this creates extreme foot pockets, maximizes comfort in both drifting and footbraking, and makes the Kush our most extreme shape to date.

A lowered standing platform means a lower center-of-gravity, increased stability, and increased comfort in pushing and footbraking. The Kush's wedged/dewedged nose and tail combined with it's  30 inch (76.2 cm) wheelbase and 10-ply Maple construction makes the Kush stable but agile at any speed—whether you're commuting through town or blasting down mountain roads, the Kush can tackle whatever you throw in it's path.

The Kush features a 3-color hand-screenprinted graphic based on the culture and beliefs of the West-African Pharaohs that ruled the Kingdom of Kush—for which the Omen Kush is named—in present-day Sudan and Egypt from 1030 BC–350 AD.
